Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer (SE) in Saudi Arabia serves as the technical bridge between sales representatives and pre-sales customers. As a product expert, you will guide customers in selecting and deploying Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions, work closely with the sales team to foster customer relationships, and influence technical strategies using strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer journeys and assist them throughout their product experience.
  • Prioritize customer success in all engagements, from onboarding to product use.
  • Support the sales organization through strong storytelling and effective training.
  • Engage with cybersecurity partners to enhance customer interactions.
  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations that highlight Trend Micro's products.
  • Build relationships that influence customer technical strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions on Trend Micro solutions for customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with technical support to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering presales support with a strong understanding of SOC operations, security analytics, and cloud security solutions (AWS and Azure knowledge is a plus). Strong communication skills in English and a keen interest in cybersecurity are essential.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.

Technical Skills
  • HVAC system design basics.
  • Product selection & heat load understanding.
  • Knowledge of Saudi codes, standards, and consultant practices.

Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
