About the Role:As an Executive Chef, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel's kitchens, including both a la carte and buffet services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating menus in line with market trends.
- Maintaining food quality consistency.
- Training and supervising the kitchen team.
- Managing purchasing and inventory.
- Following safety guidelines and HACCP regulations.
Qualifications:We seek candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef, showcasing high creativity and a strong understanding of brand standards. Experience in Asia is preferred, along with good computer skills and the ability to manage in a multicultural environment.
