Position Overview:The Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will guide customers through the selection and deployment of Trend Micro’s Next-Gen security solutions, collaborating closely with our Sales team and developing strong customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and technical strategies.
- Engage deeply with customers throughout the onboarding and product experience journey.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and training sessions on Trend Micro solutions.
- Develop close relationships with customers and help influence their technical decisions.
- Actively participate in industry events and share knowledge as a speaker or panelist.
Experience Required:- Minimum 3 years of presales support and solution delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of SOC operations and security analytics capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft O365, Azure, and AWS is a plus.
