This role is critical in ensuring the protection of personnel and property while providing a safe work environment for the security team.
Job Purpose:To oversee all security shift activities and ensure personnel and property protection at all times.
Accountabilities:- Enforce security policies and procedures during your shift.
- Prepare security personnel distribution plans and manage vacation schedules.
- Supervise security personnel to maintain quality work.
- Handle emergencies according to response procedures.
- Monitor security patrol vehicles and conduct checks on patrols.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree with certification in a relevant field.
- ISPS-PFSO certification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in industrial security.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
