You will collaborate closely with the sales manager through the pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to secure projects successfully.
Your DepartmentYou will be part of a department focused on the development of Airports and Parcel segmentation in the EMEA LATAM region, while also providing support to Vanderlande customer centers globally in areas such as Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Co-define the winning sales strategy with the Sales Manager.
- Resolve commercial and tactical challenges with the Sales Manager.
- Translate customer needs into comprehensive solutions while understanding their processes and tender procedures.
- Organize all sales engineering deliverables throughout the sales process by involving various technical experts.
- Lead the internal sales project team in alignment with the sales plan to achieve the best possible solution.
- Update senior management regarding bid status and progress.
- Compile all aspects of the offer into a clear quotation, including technical solutions, planning, pricing, and terms.
- Present technical solutions effectively to customers, showcasing their value in alignment with customer needs.
- Manage multiple projects across various sales phases.
- Listen and analyze customer requirements thoroughly.
