About the Role

EagleBurgmann, a specialist in industrial sealing technology and part of the global Freudenberg Group, is seeking an Application Engineer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful application of EagleBurgmann's products, contributing to safety and sustainability across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and presentations at customer sites to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve company objectives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Generate new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage warranty cases in liaison with Service & Engineering departments, adhering to business policies.
• Lead internal coordination to ensure timely completion of processes.
• Resolve customer complaints related to contracts.
• Maintain the quality management system and promote its importance within the organization.
• Coordinate with the IP team on non-strategic projects as required.
• Coordinate and conduct customer training sessions.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting support for technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of identified bad actors.
• Manage upgrade and retrofit cases for existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with various customer standards and API standards.
• Contribute to meeting team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Interpret mechanical drawings and codes for daily work activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (** in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of technical experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries.
• Knowledge of pump construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance (O&M), and seals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in RCA techniques, with the ability to lead internal discussions.
• Good understanding of failure analysis techniques.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Proficiency in relevant computer and IT systems, including MS Office, document management, and understanding of processes, data structures, and automation of reporting and analysis.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
