Key Responsibilities

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve serving areas including Al Jubail and Al Khobar.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure the application of quality, service, and cleanliness standards and maintain store readiness.

* Achieve sales and profitability goals by managing costs, inventory, and implementing marketing plans.

* Manage work schedules, attract and develop talent, and retain them.

* Train and develop the work team and implement training programs.

* Supervise inventory, orders, and supply to reduce shortages and waste.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.

* Handle customer complaints and enhance guest experience.

* Manage financial reports, daily deposits, and monitor profitability.

Skills and Experience:

* 2-4 years of experience in fast-food restaurant management or the food and retail sector.

• Technical Coordination: Support the coordination and review of engineering designs across various disciplines, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Interface Management: Coordinate technical interfaces among Power, Lighting Systems, Control systems, and Smart platforms.
• Project Execution Support: Monitor engineering progress, follow up on submissions, and perform commissioning activities.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications and support QA/QC processes.
• Smart Systems Integration: Assist in integrating smart systems and contributing to energy management solutions.
• Sustainability Support: Implement energy-efficient solutions and contribute to project sustainability targets.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare technical reports and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

We are looking for a Quality and Operations Manager – Specialty Coffee (Flexible Hours / Part-time)

To supervise product quality and establish clear operational standards within the café, while developing the team to work independently and efficiently with ongoing follow-up.

We are looking for someone with real practical experience in specialty cafés and a deep understanding of quality control, calibration, training baristas, and enhancing operational standards.

Responsibilities:
• Establishing and developing quality and operational standards (SOPs)
• Monitoring and adjusting calibration, beverage recipes, and extraction quality
• Training the team and raising the technical and professional level
• Building a work system that enables the team to manage daily operations independently
• Regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback and improvement plans
• Continuously monitoring customer experience and product quality
• Reviewing procedures and increasing operational efficiency while reducing errors and waste
• Providing reports and recommendations for quality improvement
