Role Purpose:The Senior Sales Executive will be crucial in achieving sales targets and establishing robust business relationships with customers and peers.
Job Accountabilities & Activities:- Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while ensuring timely payment of receivables.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve set sales targets through effective calling and customer engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address complex issues as needed.
- Enhance product knowledge to effectively inform customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with product & marketing teams to target the right audience.
- Provide feedback on product improvements to meet market needs.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses for customers.
- Analyze competitors' offerings to determine strengths and weaknesses.
Education & Certifications:A university degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience Required:2-3 years of proven sales experience in a related field is necessary.
