Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their problems, and escalating the issue to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions at the time and following the specific instructions for reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service through treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them the adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, SMS, and mail, and all available methods, and keeping the customer informed of all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the complete official dress code

- Following management instructions regarding labor laws that have been previously communicated, such as (circulars regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call center, or customer service (preferred).
