As a Cashier at Hamad M Al Rugaib, you will serve as the first and last point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will play a critical role in processing transactions accurately and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, prices, and store policies.
  • Process customer payments accurately using various methods (cash, credit cards, debit cards).
  • Issue receipts and handle any returns or exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Cash Handling:
  • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
  • Complete daily deposits.
