Join Tasheel Finance as a Sales Officer!
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our team at the Al Khobar branch. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for activating branch presence, customer follow-ups, sales, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work physically from assigned SNB branches as per the rollout plan.
  • Act as the primary Tasheel representative at the branch level.
  • Build strong working relationships with branch staff and management.
  • Follow up with customers referred through branches and explain loan products.
  • Coordinate with the call center, operations, and underwriting teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SAMA regulations, maintaining customer data confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or banking.
  • Experience in personal loans or field sales is an advantage.

Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with banking environments and CRM systems.

Minimum Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
