Job Purpose:Your main responsibility will be to support and execute HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Principal Accountabilities:- Maintain and update employee records in line with legal requirements.
- Process HR transactions including onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
- Prepare essential HR documents and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with PRO/GR teams on visa and residency procedures.
- Manage employee leaves, attendance, and disciplinary records.
- Assist in resolving HR-related inquiries.
- Support recruitment processes and assist in training and development activities.
- Participate in HR audits to ensure document readiness.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality when handling employee information.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.
Competencies:- Advanced knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
