Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage daily operations of retail store locations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and address their feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams for timely restocking.
Requirements:- Proven 5 years of experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of retail management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
