Join Baazeem Trading Company as a Regional Sales Manager!We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple sales channels and a proven track record in managing key customers and large retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and develop the regional sales team to achieve targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Drive sales across all channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale).
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market insights.
- Actively support the sales team in the field, including visiting customers and handling escalated issues directly.
- Work closely with sales representatives during customer visits to resolve problems and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper execution of trade activities and agreements.
- Track sales performance and provide actionable reports.
- Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience managing multiple sales channels.
- Proven experience dealing with key customers at head office level.
- Hands-on field experience and willingness to be actively present in the market.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
