Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to meet construction schedules and deliverables.
- Identify and quantify variations to the scope of work.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect and receive client-supplied materials, reporting on their usage.
- Collaborate closely with the project team and contractors to ensure work quality.
- Ensure contractor compliance with HSEC policies and procedures.
Qualifications:Previous technical, practical and leadership experience in construction and construction management is essential. A background in trade combined with supervisory experience is highly desirable.
