Join Parsons as a Construction Supervisor in the exciting development of NEOM Trojena, a world-class mountain destination. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the Wet Utilities team while managing the infrastructure for high-altitude water systems, including potable water, wastewater, and fire networks in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Field Leadership: Direct on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
  • Complex Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation of high-pressure pipelines and pumping stations.
  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Lead managing multiple subcontractors to maximize productivity.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify field clashes and ensure milestone achievements.
  • Quality & Efficiency: Implement sound construction practices to achieve cost-effective quality control.
  • HSE Champion: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary contact for client representatives and government authorities.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of field construction experience with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep knowledge of regulations regarding potable water and wastewater systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Desired Skills:
  • Chartered Engineer Status or equivalent.
  • Experience in remote or high-altitude construction sites.
  • Proficiency in BIM for construction management.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
