• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software such as Odoo, Daftra, or Focus ERP.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Customer Communication & Account Management:
  • Update customer data in Zoho Books, including financial details and purchase emails.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding payments and guide them through the payment process.
  • Prepare financial claim letters and review client Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Accounting & Financial Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, including Zakat and VAT.
  • Work closely with external auditors for VAT returns and financial statements.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
  • Handle the tracking of shipments related to customer projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in the contracting/construction field
• Strong knowledge of all financial and accounting processes

• Accurately and timely record daily entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare and review receipts and payment vouchers.
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
