Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication & Account Management:
  • Update customer data in Zoho Books, including financial details and purchase emails.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding payments and guide them through the payment process.
  • Prepare financial claim letters and review client Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Accounting & Financial Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, including Zakat and VAT.
  • Work closely with external auditors for VAT returns and financial statements.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
  • Handle the tracking of shipments related to customer projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• HR & Administrative Support:
  • Track employee attendance and prepare monthly salary slips accurately.
  • Maintain HR-related documentation for payroll and employee files.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of Saudi accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

This role is crucial in managing daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, and payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support budget monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, and local financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Role Description
Aanaab’s Accountant will play a vital role in its finance department. Possessing a deep knowledge of accounting and finance, the Accountant will be responsible for posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, processing monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports. Collaboration with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial accuracy will also be a critical element of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to the schedule
• Calculating and preparing the Payable revenue share for all payable partners.
• Record the fixed assets additions and calculate their depreciation/amortisations.
• Reporting on the cash basis and accrual basis.
• Preparing reports and presentations as needed
• Handle all bank transactions, including the operations and financing activities.
• Record general ledger entries under supervision
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and accounting records.
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software. (Odoo)
• Preparing the monthly withholding taxes
• Ensure the quarterly reports are ready to be submitted to the Legal auditors on time
• Support the Legal accountant to prepare ZAKAT returns, withholding taxes, other taxes applicable, and requirements.
• Processing purchase requests and contracts and ensuring timely follow-up on payment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
• Proficiency in financial software, tools, and accounting systems
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax requirements in Saudi Arabia
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are considered a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
