Join Urbacon Saudi Company as a Construction Supervisor!We are looking for a dedicated professional to monitor ongoing operational activities on-site, ensuring work quality and project timelines are met. Your role will involve overseeing sub-contractors, ordering supplies, scheduling, and training new employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise daily operations of sub-contractors and enforce operational procedures.
- Ensure timely issuance of material requisitions to meet project targets.
- Regularly inspect sites to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
- Supervise team activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage site accidents following established protocols.
- Coordinate equipment arrangements for excavation and other essential tasks.
- Participate in claim resolution meetings and assess work plans for contractors.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and coordinate safety training.
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and engage in safety awareness activities.
Required Skills:- Familiarity with construction specifications and tools.
- Experience supervising construction projects.
- Understanding of safety procedures and hazard recognition.
- ERP knowledge, preferably in SAP.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years working experience, with 5 years in a relevant role, and 2 years in the GCC region being a plus.
Education: Diploma in any Engineering related discipline or related technical certificates.
