Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of installing, repairing, and inspecting electrical equipment.
- Maintain all electrical equipment and ensure compliance with government electrical codes and company standards.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors, and appliances.
- Distribute work to subordinates based on their capabilities.
- Ensure work meets specified standards and conditions.
- Maintain safety of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments and ensure their satisfaction.
- Create on-the-job training opportunities for engineering employees.
- Be aware of emergency procedures in the hotel.
Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in electrical engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge in developing and implementing electrical procedures.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to find faults and rectify electrical systems.
