Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and performance analysis across the retail business.

• Conduct business modeling and budget forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications (CMA, CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle).

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Finance and Accounts to lead our financial strategy and operations. The role demands strong leadership to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and analysis, ensuring our continued success throughout the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the finance and accounts department across all company locations in the GCC.
• Oversee preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards across accounts.
• Develop and enforce strategic financial policies and procedures.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and compliance with tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Engage in financial modeling and business performance analysis.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in finance and accounts, ideally in trading or related industries.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and tax laws in the GCC.
• Proficiency in financial management software.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
