Join Our Team as a Finance Manager!
Element Materials Technology is seeking a talented Finance Manager to provide commercial support to our country General Manager in Dammam, KSA. In this integral role, you will be responsible for preparing credible financial forecasts and budgets, fulfilling statutory accounting obligations, and applying essential controls in business management.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly financials, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing business performance against key metrics.
  • Monitor and enforce internal controls and compliance while concluding all statutory obligations.
  • Provide coaching on financial principles to the operations management team.
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation for the laboratory.
  • Collaborate with the credit control team to improve collections.
  • Work closely with shared services for transaction processing improvements.
  • Identify potential operational improvements and propose necessary changes.
  • Evaluate CAPEX proposals and advise local management.

Skills / Qualifications:
  • 10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, with 3 years in a managerial role within an MNC.
  • A graduate in accounting with CA, CPA, or ICWA certification.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in financial analysis and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures sensitively.

  • Excellent financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to travel and relocate between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as needed.
