You will develop a common project implementation framework, oversee cost estimations, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an internal project implementation framework and monitor all internal strategic project objectives.
- Oversee PMO guidelines concerning cost, scheduling, and project management areas.
- Collaborate with internal project owners to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure project alignment with timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Conduct performance analyses and recommend corrective actions for project deviations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain benchmarking studies, cost estimation baselines, and compliance with budgets.
- Guide the Vision Realization Office strategy to align with Saudi Vision 2030.
- Develop project feasibility studies and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
- Lead talent development initiatives and manage department objectives effectively.
- Prepare timely reports that meet organizational standards and requirements.
