Job Responsibilities:

First Phase (Intensive First Month):
• Establish the financial and accounting department of the agency from scratch.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on the agency's current financial situation.
• Develop a comprehensive financial plan to control cash flows and enhance financial sustainability.
• Organize accounts and create an integrated financial system to monitor revenues and expenses.
• Prepare an investment file to support the agency's financial expansion and attract potential investors.

Ongoing Responsibilities after the First Month:
• Monitor and manage cash flows and financial analysis internally and externally.
• Provide financial consulting to external clients in managing their startup projects.
• Prepare periodic financial reports to support management and client decisions.

• Supervise the management of invoices and payments and improve financial efficiency.

• Experience in preparing financial reports, investment proposals, and financial plans.
• Skills in managing financial crises and developing recovery and expansion plans.
