As a Financial Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in providing financial advice and support to the assigned departments, ensuring alignment with established financial plans and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial evaluations of departmental projects, developing and reviewing financial models and KPIs.
- Act as the financial partner to departments, providing budget forecasts and supporting business needs.
- Issue periodic financial reports to stakeholders, reviewing actual progress against financial plans.
- Perform financial analyses to identify deficiencies and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize financial processes and documentation.
- Drive automation of financial reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within finance teams.
Work Environment:Indoors: 90%, Outdoors: 10%.
Working Days: 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
Job Requirements:- BSc in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
