Key Responsibilities:- Keep the Assistant Security Manager and Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on fire and security responsibilities.
- Liaise with management personnel, employees, local law enforcement, and Fire & Safety officials to assist with security problems and loss control.
- Attend training sessions and cooperate with team members across departments.
- Ensure that all security employees are well-trained in resort regulations, fire prevention, and crisis management.
- Supervise daily processing and distribution of security reports to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all records related to security matters.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of all safety equipment in coordination with the engineering department.
Qualifications:We are seeking candidates with a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably in a five-star hotel in the UAE. Strong team management, computer, and communication skills are essential.
