At Rixos, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxurious experience that goes beyond expectations. As a Security Supervisor at Rixos Murjana, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep the Assistant Security Manager and Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering on fire and security responsibilities.
  • Liaise with management personnel, employees, local law enforcement, and Fire & Safety officials to assist with security problems and loss control.
  • Attend training sessions and cooperate with team members across departments.
  • Ensure that all security employees are well-trained in resort regulations, fire prevention, and crisis management.
  • Supervise daily processing and distribution of security reports to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records related to security matters.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance of all safety equipment in coordination with the engineering department.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably in a five-star hotel in the UAE. Strong team management, computer, and communication skills are essential.
