Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, utilizing it only as intended.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

As a receptionist at Hilton, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality reception services, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure an efficient reception experience, including check-in and check-out.
• Complete necessary audit procedures as required.
• Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback.
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
• Attend training courses and assist with team development as needed.
• Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques.
• Follow procedures for accepting foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash.
• Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Maintain company brand standards and assist other departments as necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
• Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent IT proficiency.

Additional Advantages:
