- Welcoming guests and providing outstanding service that reflects the quality of the hotel, while efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a comfortable stay experience especially for visitors to the Sacred House of God.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcoming guests professionally
Completing check-in and check-out procedures
Managing reservations and ensuring their accuracy through the hotel system
Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and services
Handling complaints and feedback promptly and courteously
Coordinating with other departments (room service, maintenance, security)
Following up on payments and invoices to ensure their accuracy
Maintaining a professional appearance and cleanliness in the reception area
Providing information about religious landmarks and nearby services (such as the holy mosque and transportation)
🎓 Required Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field
Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred
Proficiency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage)
Computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems
