We are looking for an enthusiastic person to support administration and improve workflow within the association.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions, organizing mail, and daily appointments. You will assist in completing administrative tasks related to the association's work, as well as coordinating and organizing meetings for the direct supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing administrative instructions issued by the direct supervisor and following up on the implementation of administrative decisions.
• Opening, sorting, and distributing paper and electronic mail to those concerned.
• Completing printing tasks and responding to inquiries and phone calls.
• Organizing files and archiving transactions in an easily accessible manner.
• Coordinating and organizing meetings for the direct supervisor and documenting the minutes.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma as a minimum.

Skills:

• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Advanced proficiency in Arabic and intermediate proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Follow up on residency renewals and transfer of sponsorships.

• Dealing with platforms Absher – Muqeem – Mudad – Social Insurance – Qiwa.

• Prepare employee files and keep them organized.

• Enter data and updates in government systems.

• Coordinate the joining and leaving procedures for employees.

Requirements:

• Experience of no less than two years in the mentioned tasks.

• Proficiency in using computers and government platforms.
