الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • متابعة تنفيذ القرارات الإدارية الصادرة عن الرئيس المباشر.
  • تنظيم أعمال البريد والمواعيد اليومية.
  • إنجاز الأعمال الإدارية المتعلقة بسير العمل.
  • تنسيق وتنظيم اجتماعات الرئيس المباشر.
  • فتح وفرز البريد الورقي والبريد الإلكتروني.
  • عناية بالملفات والمعاملات بسلاسة وسهولة الوصول إليها.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، نظم المعلومات الإدارية، التسويق، أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.

الشهادات والتراخيص المفضلة:
  • شهادة تدريب الموارد البشرية HRD، HRMP، HRBP.
  • California Certification (SPHR-CA).
  • Human Resources Management Certificate (CAME - HRMC).
  • المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA).
  • الاعتماد المهني السعودي للقانونيين SASL.
