Key Responsibilities:- Arrange travel and accommodations for rotators and visitors.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos and letters.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Manage office janitorial services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Working Relationships: Internal: Regular contact with all levels of employees and management. External: Contact with outside services, vendors, clients, job applicants, and visitors.
