About the Role:
As an Executive Admin Assistant at Marriott International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing guest experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and determine the purpose of their visit.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain filing and organization systems for records and documents.
  • Document and communicate guest requests and complaints to appropriate staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Assist supervisors with other reasonable duties as required.
