In this integral role, you will lead administrative operations and serve as a trusted resource to managers and project teams, driving operational excellence and supporting the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative & Office Support: Provide comprehensive support to managers, lead document preparation, manage complex calendar coordination, and oversee office supply inventory.
- Project & Financial Support: Manage project documentation and support financial tasks, ensuring all project components align with established procedures.
- Procurement & Compliance: Drive procurement activities and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with documentation and contract requirements.
- Proposals & Marketing Support: Lead proposal development and manage documentation for tender submissions.
- General Responsibilities: Manage multiple complex priorities, communicate proactively, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:High School Diploma plus 3 years of relevant administrative experience, or a relevant administrative or office management diploma with 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational skills are required. A proactive and goal-oriented approach is highly desired.
