Job Description:


Providing administrative support to lawyers and legal staff by coordinating appointments and sessions, organizing legal files and documents, preparing official correspondence and reports, following up on deadlines and judicial procedures, and communicating with clients and official entities, while ensuring complete confidentiality and accuracy in performing tasks.



Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Weekly Vacation: Friday, Saturday

Working Hours: From 8 AM to 4 PM



Professional Skills:

• Organizing files and managing appointments accurately and efficiently.

• Proficient in handling email systems and official correspondence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in English speaking and writing (excellent level).

• Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and using them in report preparation.

• Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.

• High skill in time management and the ability to multitask under pressure.

• Full commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
