Job Duties: Management of incoming and outgoing shipments (Import & Export). Coordination with shipping companies and customs clearance agents. Preparing and reviewing shipping documents (invoice, shipping bill, certificate of origin, and others). Following up on the clearance of shipments through platforms such as Fasah, Sabre, Zakat, and Customs. Coordinating internal transportation operations (trucks, containers, deliveries). Entering and tracking data on the ERP system. Adjusting shipping costs and preparing periodic logistics reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain or equivalent. Experience of 3 to 6 years in the industrial or commercial logistics field. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and customs platforms (Fasah, Sabre). Proficiency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is considered an additional advantage.
