We are looking for a skilled RPA Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, and creating detailed documentation for our development teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process discovery and stakeholder interviews.
- Document as-is and to-be processes clearly and precisely.
- Create and manage Process Design Documents (PDDs) and requirement artifacts.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate automation feasibility.
- Support testing, change management, and post-deployment validation.
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Immediate availability is required.
- Current residence in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere platform is a must.
