Main Responsibilities:- Plan and manage yard activities to maximize operational efficiency.
- Organize and control adherence to safety standards among staff members.
- Oversee operations in close coordination with the Operations Director.
- Assist in Human Resource Management.
- Oversee employee training and performance evaluations.
Additional Duties:- Ensure compliance with yard planning strategies and the yard planning matrix.
- Maintain effective communication with Yard Planning Supervisors and other departments.
- Provide data for preparing the Planning Game Plan.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide coaching to less experienced yard planners.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in Logistics or Warehousing Operations.
- Advanced safety training and compliance knowledge.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
