About the Role
Join * TALKE, a leader in logistics solutions for the Chemical and Petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia, as an Operations Manager in Jubail. We focus on providing services that ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage yard activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Organize and control adherence to safety standards among staff members.
• Oversee operations in close coordination with the Operations Director.
• Assist in Human Resource Management.
• Oversee employee training and performance evaluations.

Additional Duties:

• Ensure compliance with yard planning strategies and the yard planning matrix.
• Maintain effective communication with Yard Planning Supervisors and other departments.
• Provide data for preparing the Planning Game Plan.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide coaching to less experienced yard planners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in Logistics or Warehousing Operations.
• Advanced safety training and compliance knowledge.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
