About the RoleOne of the reputed hospitals in Dammam is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This position is crucial for ensuring effective management and communication at the highest level of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by the CEO.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and commitments.
- Support in strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Manage office administration tasks relevant to the CEO’s office.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with most of the career spent supporting CEOs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive matters.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dammam.
