Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the potential of Phibro’s current product portfolio, managing over $15 million in sales in Saudi Arabia & Egypt with significant growth opportunities for the future. This role involves overseeing Phibro’s established business through a network of distributors, ensuring strong performance and growth of existing product lines.
Responsibilities:- Preserve and strengthen existing relationships with distributors.
- Monitor distributor sales performance.
- Identify and establish new distributor relationships.
- Develop customer-level strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead product planning and launch strategies.
- Provide marketing support and best-in-class technical service to distributors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
- Oversee budgets and financial performance for the territory.
Education:Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other relevant animal science degree.
Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial role, especially in poultry health/nutrition within Saudi Arabia and ideally also Egypt.
Core Competencies & Requirements:- Professional level English & Arabic.
- Strong B2B Commercial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
