Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and record supplier invoices accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to verify materials received against purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding missing or delayed invoices.
  • Manage employee loans and petty cash settlements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities.
