Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional Translator (English to Chinese and vice versa) to collaborate closely with our team of Factory Auditors. You will facilitate effective communication through accurate translation and interpretation of documents and verbal exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate written materials (audit reports, technical documents).
• Provide real-time interpretation services during factory visits.
• Assist auditors with Chinese language documents and regulations.
• Act as a communication liaison between auditors and factory personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of translations and interpretation sessions.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity during interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across cultural backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality adherence.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in translation and interpretation is a plus.
