Job Title: Executive Secretary

Location: Jeddah

We are looking for a professional Executive Secretary to support senior management and organize daily operations efficiently, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the agenda of the manager/senior management and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare official correspondence, letters, and meeting minutes and follow up on the items.
  • Organize files and documents (paper/electronic) and keep them confidential.
  • Receive calls and emails, sort them, and respond/direct according to authority.
  • Coordinate travel, bookings, visits, and external meetings.
  • Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Prepare presentations and periodic reports when needed.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration/Secretarial/related field)
  • At least (2) years of experience in executive secretary or administrative support to senior management.
  • Excellent command of Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
  • High organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • High confidentiality and professionalism, with a pleasant appearance and communication.
