Job Title: Executive Secretary
Location: Jeddah
We are looking for a professional Executive Secretary to support senior management and organize daily operations efficiently, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage the agenda of the manager/senior management and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Prepare official correspondence, letters, and meeting minutes and follow up on the items.
- Organize files and documents (paper/electronic) and keep them confidential.
- Receive calls and emails, sort them, and respond/direct according to authority.
- Coordinate travel, bookings, visits, and external meetings.
- Coordinate between departments and ensure smooth information flow.
- Prepare presentations and periodic reports when needed.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration/Secretarial/related field)
- At least (2) years of experience in executive secretary or administrative support to senior management.
- Excellent command of Arabic (English is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
- High organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- High confidentiality and professionalism, with a pleasant appearance and communication.
