Main Responsibilities:- Participate in developing key objectives for administrative affairs and implementing the necessary plans and projects.
- Supervise the development of authority tables and procedures to improve service quality.
- Follow up on the needs of organizational units and meet employees' requirements for administrative services.
- Ensure the implementation of administrative regulations and instructions and follow up on their execution.
- Prepare reports that clarify achievement rates and present them to senior management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 6 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist and SHRM CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL preferred.
