Join RIG as a Regional Sales Manager!
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage the entire sales process for a specified region. As a key member of our team, you will identify and build relationships with decision makers and dealers.

Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop sales plans based on market data.
  • Identify and pursue potential market opportunities, including upcoming projects.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with consultants and contractors.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our products and ensure substantial brand awareness.
  • Provide training and product information to distributors and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate distributor performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales forecasts and distributor evaluations.

Required Education & Experience:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in a technical sales role within Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
  • Track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
