We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage the entire sales process for a specified region. As a key member of our team, you will identify and build relationships with decision makers and dealers.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with distributors to develop sales plans based on market data.
Identify and pursue potential market opportunities, including upcoming projects.
Develop and nurture relationships with consultants and contractors.
Clearly communicate the value of our products and ensure substantial brand awareness.
Provide training and product information to distributors and stakeholders.
Evaluate distributor performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on sales forecasts and distributor evaluations.

Required Education & Experience:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in a technical sales role within Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
Track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
