Key Responsibilities:
To achieve consistent successes in delivering regional sales performance through effective team management, strategic planning, and business development. This role aims to ensure regional revenue growth and expand the company's market share while maintaining excellence standards in customer interaction and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading regional sales teams and overseeing daily performance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in line with the company's objectives.
  • Identifying regional market opportunities and building institutional partnerships.
  • Monitoring targets, key performance indicators, and developing the pipeline.
  • Supporting team growth, training, and talent development.
  • Monitoring collection with clients in the area to ensure timely payment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in team management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong skills in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, market understanding, team development, and decision-making.
