Overview of the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, negotiating major contracts, and ensuring the provision of exceptional service that meets customer expectations and achieves company goals.
Main Responsibilities
* Strategic Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the medical sector (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, suppliers, pharmacies).
Monitor account performance on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of collaboration.
Understand each client's needs accurately, including materials, sizes, packaging, and other special requirements.
* Sales and Order Management
Receive customer orders and accurately convert them into production orders.
Prepare professional quotes based on specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Follow up on orders from approval to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to medical standards.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Financial Management and Collections
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
Issue and review invoices accurately and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance and amounts due.
* Negotiation and Achievement of Sales Goals
Negotiate prices, contracts, and discounts to maximize profitability for the company.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for product or pricing improvements.
* Business Development and Market Expansion
Identify new clients and opportunities to expand the company's market share.
Provide strategic recommendations for product line development based on market trends and customer needs.
Participate in medical exhibitions and specialized events to enhance the company's presence.
Qualifications and Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing medical garments (a must).
Strong knowledge of medical materials and production processes.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word and ERP systems (if available).
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s license (if job requires field visits).
