Key Responsibilities:- Identify new contacts and develop sales leads.
- Respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Understand the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Generate and develop sales leads while building business relationships.
- Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients.
- Deliver accurate reports to meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Arrange and conduct Hotel show rounds.
What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to deadlines, and a high level of IT proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. It would also be advantageous to have previous sales experience and a relevant degree in a sales or business discipline.
