Your Responsibilities:- Ensure safety equipment is set up at the beach/pool, including flotation devices and first aid kits.
- Supervise swimming areas to keep them free from any hazardous activities.
- Monitor and assist guests engaged in water sports.
- Respond to emergencies effectively, ensuring rescue boats are available.
- Maintain water sports and pool activities according to safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:- Certification in Lifeguarding and CPR.
- Ability to evaluate water conditions and ensure visitor safety.
- Swimming proficiency in all water types.
- Knowledge of emergency medical services protocols.
Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Certified in Red Cross Lifeguard Training and CPR for Professionals.
