Swimming Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe swimming sessions tailored to members’ skill levels and goals.

• Monitor pool water quality and check that swimming equipment is safe and in good working condition.

• Enforce pool safety rules and promote safe practices during sessions.

• Motivate members and support a positive experience that encourages continued participation.

• Conduct swimming inductions for new members and introduce them to available Personal Training sessions.

• Keep up to date with swimming and fitness practices through continuous professional development.

• Support colleagues and assist with other duties as needed to promote teamwork.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Education or related course.

• A minimum of 3 years ‘in the same capacity. 

• Lifeguard Certification approved by MOS.

• Strong background in water safety, stroke correction, and member motivation.

• Certified in Swimming Instruction and Water Safety by a recognized authority (*, Saudi Swimming Federation, Red Cross, or equivalent).

• Previous experience in fitness clubs, schools, or sports centers is preferred.
