Key Responsibilities:- Developer Coordination:
- Manage developer exceptions including discounts, unit availability, and payment acknowledgements.
- Coordinate site visits and arrange necessary documentation.
- Handle Developer reporting and reconciliations to ensure transparency.
- Riyadh Office Coordination:
- Assist in revenue recognition and monthly reporting against targets.
- Coordinate with Sales Development and report on developer-related issues to support sales.
- Communicate project updates to ensure all teams are aligned.
- Sales Team Support:
- Provide necessary project and developer information to the sales team.
- Resolve queries related to projects, inventory, and discounts promptly.
- Facilitate communication between teams to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations, documentation, or Customer Services.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Excel.
